P.R.I.N.T Press at MAPC

P.R.I.N.T Press was well represented at the 2012 Mid America Print Council conference, which took place at the Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri from 1 – 3 November.

A work published by P.R.I.N.T Press was included in the Tribal Diversity: Juane Quick-to-See Smith and Neal Ambrose-Smith exhibition at the Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum. The print was produced by former Master Printer Catherine Chauvin, who is now associate professor at the University of Denver in Colorado.

Associate Professor and P.R.I.N.T Press Director Lari Gibbons, who co-edits The MAPC Journal, participated in the Abecedaria theme portfolio exhibition and was a panelist in "Selling Out?"

Former Graduate Assistant Cat Snapp (now UNT alumna) co-curated Bumpit Mafia (with Linda Santana of UNT and Coco Rico of UD, both MFA candidates), which appeared in the themed portfolio exhibitions.
