Work by Thomas Menikos |
Congratulations to
Thomas Menikos, who received a BFA in Printmaking at UNT in fall 2012 and will start his graduate studies at the University of Dallas this September. In the meantime, he is researching the history of cryptography, tachygraphy and visual stenography while concurrently experimenting with these techniques and algorithms in his own work.
Su Tran will travel to Vermillion, South Dakota to take Bookbinding Boot Camp by Margot Ecke at Frogman's Print and Paper workshops at the University of South Dakota.
Jon Vogt will build a vacuum table with fellow graduate students in printmaking to enable screenprinting on a larger scale. He also plans to complete an edition at P.R.I.N.T Press for printmaker John Risseeuw, Professor at Arizona State University and Director of Pyracantha Press.
